Clint Riggin was down and out 3 years ago. He had put 9 years into bodybuilding and won the Shawn Ray Classic Bodybuilding Competition in 2018. When he was hitting his peak, his thyroid went underactive and he gained 40 pounds which put him out of bodybuilding competitions. 

He was suicidal, became addicted to drugs and life made a turn for the worst. 

Then, he found his fire and is working to become the best version of himself possible. 

He's going back in November to take first place in his next bodybuilding competition. 

He's also coaching others on not just fitness, but all aspects of life.
