I am back for the third episode of my student series! This is where I talk to the real estate agents that have taken my course, Master Your Marketing with Paige!
Katie Moe is joining me to talk about how the course helped her define her zone of happiness, find her people, and set herself apart from other agents by providing more value.
Katie Moe has been a realtor for 16 years, and she is the co-founder of Arrive Real Estate Group which is based in Pleasanton, California. Clients know they can depend on Katie Moe to get them the results they want. Honored and humbled that she gets to play such an integral part in one of the most important decisions a person can make in life, she provides every client with a service-oriented, stress-free experience. When she sees former clients around town and hears about the successes they’ve had since buying or selling their homes, it brings her great joy and reaffirms her purpose—to help people maximize their biggest asset.
We get into the importance of working in our zone of happiness, building relationships with other agents, the importance of defining your core values, and so much more.
If you want a sneak peek into what it looks like to be in my course and the value that real estate agents like Katie get from it, tune in to this episode!

I am back for the second episode of my brand new student series! This is where I talk to the real estate agents that have taken my course, Master Your Marketing with Paige!
Britney Kensmoe is joining me to talk about the many different ways that she has benefited from the course and what she is doing to move forward in her business and in her community because of it.
Britney is a former high school teacher and cheer coach turned small business owner, house hustler, and community connector who uses social media to interact, entertain and engage with her community. Britney was named Rookie of the Year at her firm and was most recently named one of the Top 100 agents of 2021. Britney continues to work with business owners on how to grow their business (real estate or otherwise) using social media.
Having lived in North Carolina for almost 30 years, Britney used her resources of all things "local" to help serve her community and clients. She brings positivity and passion to everything she does (real estate or otherwise)! When she isn't slinging houses, you can find Britney tailgating with her husband at an NC State football game or cheering on their 3 boys on the sidelines of the baseball and soccer fields, or the golf course.
We get into what it means to take a holistic approach to real estate, how to be a champion for small business owners, the importance of having the confidence and mindset necessary to be successful, and so much more.

Do you want to know how to successfully farm in real estate?
In today’s episode, I am digging into how to establish a farm as a real estate agent.
For those of you who are not familiar with that term, it does not mean that we are farming animals, fruit or vegetables. In the real estate world, farming refers to a geographic zone of houses that you market to on a regular basis.
This is such an important and impactful way to grow relationships and trust within your community.
Tune in to hear how I manage my postcard campaigns, how I recommend making connections in your community, the value of industry partners and more.
