The construction industry has been male-dominated for a long time, a real boys’ club however Patricia Haywood is determined to change that narrative. After studying Law in Barbados, Patricia moved to Dundee, Scotland to complete her Masters degree before moving to Indonesia and Singapore and starting a successful business that caught the eyes of New York’s leading department store.

In this episode, Patricia reveals why she decided to empower women by launching Master BuildHers after seeing that the construction industry was male-dominated and there was a glass ceiling for women.
