Moses asked to see God, to behold His glory. God’s answer? “You can not see My face, for no man shall see Me and live”.
That statement revealed the nature of any encounter with our maker, which by necessity demands that we shed ourselves and take up more of Christ. We decrease and He increases.
This position requires courage, for it demands that we submit ourselves as living sacrifices in building our brothers. Courage is also needed for the economic journey for we are to submit to God’s instructions at every turn in order that we might have treasure in Heaven as guided by Christ.
The state of mind of a Son of God needs to be one elevated to the point where whatever The Father desires and instructs is received as normal and achievable (which is Faith), and this without doubt nor cowardice. For those lacking in courage shall be excluded from inheriting the Kingdom of God.
