Compassion is an act of self-love and it’s the gift that will keep on giving once it’s mastered. It eliminates the judgment with an understanding that we’re all human, we’re all the same, and we are all trying to do the best that we can. However, the truth is, it’s so hard not to judge with the voices we have in our heads. Learning how to respond based on a situation is crucial to find where you are at your own feeling. In this heart to heart changing of views, we’ll get to have a better appreciation of how to be compassionate in accepting someone, being kinder to yourself and to others, and being aware of our judgments.
