Episode 20 Mastering Happiness using The Trilateral Mind Connection TMC with meditation. Happiness is a state of mind. Therefore, it can be intentional and strategic. you can experience being happy even when circumstances aren’t aligned with happiness. This session will help you with being in the state of happiness. 

Could you use more happiness? Imagine how your life could be if you were happy all of them time, or at least most of the time. Happiness is a gift you give yourself, and I is contagious. Happiness builds on itself. A happy person projects a positive self-image, courage, and inner strength. When you are happy, you value your life and the life of others. You become more caring and compassionate. People feel good when they are in your presence. 

Being happy is not only about feeling good; your health can also improve as your happiness grows; a better immune system; a boost in creativity; greater self-control; better coping skills; more fulfilling relationships; more productive.  A completely better life. A Mayo Clinic study found that happy people lived longer. Notice that happy people smile a lot. They are playful and have a sense of humor. They are naturally curios. They express gratitude. 

Through the guided meditation, I will help you increase your happiness using the Trilateral Mind Connection by using the subconscious mind to increase the production of happy brain chemicals, endorphins and serotonin.
