The Green New Deal put forth by Socialist activists in the House has many eyes rolling and heads spinning but on Mastering Money, we want to be fair and simply present the facts as they unfold. Today, we'll review one aspect of the Deal being promoted by Representative Ocasio-Cortez, which calls for high-speed trains to take the place of airplanes and most cars within a decade. The project to go from Chicago to St. Louis was started in 2010, and is not yet finished, and has had to settle for sharing the train tracks with freight trains.
