In this solo episode, I am talking about something we all desire, self-confidence. Self-confidence is one of the most important skills that I think we can all learn, cultivate, practice, and become masters of throughout our lives. Today I am talking about how we are taught self-confidence and how we can teach others how to be self-confident. Your self-confidence journey has probably been through ups and downs, like everyone else’s, but it’s a daily practice that we can all continue to work on so we can show up as the best version of ourselves every day.
