I truly feel that what's made such a difference to the experience I'm having now as a mum, is the mindset work. The inner work. The 15 years of learning & coaching clients about the mind and the voices that can come up if we're not aware of them. 

Knowing that I have the choice and ability to shift my mindset has made this experience so much more enjoyable. But it also comes in to be so important in other areas of life, like the changes I'm currently experiencing.
