You know those moments where the world seems to crack open and you never see things the same way again? This happened to me a couple of years ago when I was getting my haircut and it changed my mindset and brought clarity to my life.

It happens to almost ALL of us. The self consciousness of being new to something and appearing silly or just not good enough. There are so many ugly little voices that rear our heads telling us that we can’t do something or that we are too late, too different or too inexperienced.

2020 was a crazy year for all of us, it really made me rethink what I really need in my life and what brings me the most joy. I paired back lots of things. As a mom, wife and entrepreneur, I wear many hats. In this episode, I talk about my non-negotiables: the things I can't do without.
