Councilwoman Latisha Johnson joins Donna and Orlando to talk about the amended budget that City Council sent to Mayor Mike Duggan that appropriates $2 million dollars for a comprehensive masterplan update. 

Noah Urban from Data Driven Detroit (D3) also joins the pair to talk about data democracy in Detroit and the new worker owned cooperative model that D3 is under.
