Stop overthinking, take action! You waste more time thinking, then making the wrong decision. It is okay to make mistakes! Mistakes help us learn so we can teach the mistakes to minimize errors. 

My two guests are the Nutrition Club student leader representatives from UIW, Vallery Robert and Juliette Cifuentes. Vallery and Juliette  are getting things done for the University. They are a great example of young leaders in our world. 

I am joined by my good friend and future lawyer Mike Alcala, I had a chance to catch a podcast with him before he takes off to Dallas and conquers Law School. In this episode, I am joined by two former collegiate athletes Miguel Salazar and Lanre Olatunji. After a successful campaign in college athletics, both men are graduate students coaching club sports in their respected fields. 

Ana Campa is the first athlete in UIW Women's Soccer to play professional soccer in program history. She shares her experience playing in La Liga Mexicana with Los Pumas. All it took was discipline, hunger, and dedication. It is easier said then done. It is a must hear !!

Dr. Lopita Nath is the Chair of the History Department and the Coordinator of the Asian Studies Program at The University of the Incarnate Word. She has done extensive research on "Global Refugees", a course she teaches in the fall semester.

Dr. Bishop Trevor Alexander who is the instructor for Protestant Chaplin here at UIW. Dr. Bishop Trevor, is an educated scholar, decorated veteran, and the Bishop to the True Vine Church. His latest research has been on African American families. 

Hard work is important, but without a vision we have no purpose. Our vision helps define our purpose. The more we focus our attention towards our vision, the better we understand.
