Getting off task on this weekdays is hard, today I'm going to talk about how you can conserve all that motivation and throw it on the weekends when you have time and still be as motivated. 

Putting my thoughts and opinions on this famous 5 am routine everyone seemed to try. I highly encourage trying it for a solid week and seeing how you feel! having more time to put into things you couldn't before is a really big achievment.
