  • Let's Talk Butt Stuff

Ask Bri! Got a question? Send it over and listen out for a response during the following episode!

    Let’s talk Butt Stuff 🍑

    •

We’re covering ground rules, why anal play can be amazing & how to tell if you’re ready to open the back door.

    •

    Ground Rules✨

    - Consent is of the utmost importance! #NoMeansNo so don’t pressure!

    - Lube is a necessity

    - Clean before & after you play

    - Don’t worry about the “poop thing.” You’re a mature adult. 😉

    - Go SLOW. Start with the tongue, finger/s, plugs & other toys. (Good quality)

    - Communicate before, during & after.

    - Did I mention LUBE is a NECESSITY?

    - Breath, Relax & Enjoy

    •

    Why Anal Play? ✨

    - Anyone with a butthole can enjoy!

    - The external anus aka the anal verge and the the external sphincter are some of the most sensitive areas of the human body.

    - The internal anus sphincter creates pleasure from the pressure and fullness which also stimulates the prostrate and two hot spots (G spot & O spot)

    - You can reach the clitoris & root of the penis from inside

    - Anal Orgasms are some of the most full-feeling orgasms you can have

    - You can play alone or with a partner.

    •

You may be ready to try Anal play if...✨

    - You have expressed genuine interest in it.

    - You have discussed it with your partner

    - You have purchased anal play toys (plugs, beads, small dongs, prostate massagers etc)

    - You are looking to add another layer of pleasure to your existing sex life

    - You want to have intercourse while on your period

    •

Anal play is meant to be pleasurable, just like any other types of play. I always encourage doing your own research and finding which toys & lube would work best for your body. Remember to be respectful and to communicate if you are playing with someone. If solo, be mindful of your limits and don’t rush! Also...LUBE! 😉🍑

  • You Can Mute People IRL Too...It's Called Boundaries

Boundaries are a form of Self-Care, Self-Love and Ultimately Self-Accpetence.

Why we don’t want to set boundaries:

    • fear rejection
    • fear abandonment
    • don’t want to hurt anyone
    • don’t like to approach conflict head on
    • don’t want to be misunderstood or have what we say be misinterpreted
    • we have a hard time asserting ourselves in vulnerable situations

Setting a boundary is an act of strength. You're honoring your value, your responsibilities and your needs. It does not reflect weakness or selfishness, as you might have been conditioned to fear or believe. - Sarah Dergins

When setting a boundary you don’t need to smooth over the tension. You don’t need to protect people from feeling uncomfortable. It makes sense for people to feel bad and weird when they have crossed a line.  - Jordan Pickle Counselling

Allowing someone to take responsibility for themselves is an act of love. - breakthecycle_coaching

Betraying ourselves in the name of love and loyalty and respect.

    • Inconsistent or non existent boundaries
    • Prioritizing other people’s expectations of you over your own needs
    • Fear of expressing your feelings
    • Changing yourself in order to make others comfortable or feel better
    • Suppressing your own values, needs and desires in order to accommodate somone else.

**People who get angry or upset at you for placing a boundary, are the ones who benefit from you not having any. Let that sink in.

**Boundaries are the high quality information people need to love you better! - Kelsey Grant

You may struggle with setting boundaries if:

    • You second-guess yourself to avoid making important decisions
    • You feel guilt when setting boundaries with others
    • You Have a hard time identifying and validating your own feelings
    • You are a people-pleaser
    • You feel engulfed or overwhelmed by vulnerability with others
    • You Lack awareness of your personal needs in relational dynamics
    • You have difficulty trusting your feelings and intuition
    • You have fear of individuating and becoming a person separate from your family or partner - sitwithsharon

Boundaries to protect your energy and your emotionality can sound like:

    • Can we talk about this later, after I’ve had time to gather my thoughts?
    • I don’t have the energy to respond to this right now, I will respond to your message when I feel recharged and can give it the attention it requires.
    • I need space right now and I will each out when I feel ready.

    Dating Boundaries:

    • Not agreeing to a second date if you did not feel the connection
    • Not giving your information to them, out of being polite
    • Not engaging in intimacy if you genuinely don’t want too
    • Not forcing a conversation
    • Respecting your needs & listening to your discomfort

Learning how to set boundaries and uphold them leads to:

    • Being able to express your needs more confidently
    • Being able to Self-sooth during conflict
    • Knowing where you can be flexible and where you can’t
    • Learning how to actually listen instead of just waiting to respond

Scripts for setting boundaries: I want to feel…Which means I need…And so I will.. - MSWjake

    Affirmations:
"I forgive myself for all the times I traded my authenticity for external validation" - tutu mora
"I forgive myself for moving in any type of way that didn’t reflect how deep I value myself."
"I am Important. My feelings matter. I’m not my mistakes. I am ok with choosing me first. I already have all I need to be happy. I attract all the healthy things and people into my life." - Pivot to happiness

  • 6 Ways To Hit The Spot Pt.2

Ask Bri! Got a question? Send it over and listen out for a response during the following episode!

So, Let’s continue with some Adult Sex Ed!

The G Spot is not actually part of the female sexual anatomy. A study using ultra sound found that our G-spot is so sensitive and responds so well to stimulation because the clitoral root is located right behind the anterior or front vaginal wall, which is where the “g-spot” has been said to be located.

The most popular way to stimulate the G-spot is by using two fingers along the anterior vaginal wall and motioning with a “come hither” movement.

A-Spot aka the anterior fornix erogenous zone is a couple more inches up and back (again, depending on the vagina) and you’ll find that using a “left to right” motion like a windshield wiper, will stimulate this spot.

It's also known as the Female Prostrate, so only Cisgender women and people assigned female at birth have the potential to actually reach this spot.

It’s best to use toys that have a slight curve and/or have the capability to motion whether that is a revolving tip or zone. There are toys that have like “a thumper”on the shaft, along with a vibrating feature so that you can stimulate both the A-Zone/Spot and G-Spot at once.

Doggy is a very standard position for reaching these spots. You can also do Lifted Missionary, and use a few pillows or a sex wedge.

Let’s move onto the K-Spot which is the hardest to have an orgasm through and can be one of the more painful to stimulate because it is located at the base of the cervix. Vulva owners, it's very possible to have a k-spot orgasm aka cervical orgasm but it's not as common because we don’t know enough about this erogenous zone to explore it from a mindset of pleasure.

It’s more about the fullness and the pressure than it is about the sensation…that is where stimulation of the Clitoris and these other spots come into play and because k-spot Orgasms are so unique, they require a certain type of stimulation and can be reached by deep penetrative positions that include Cowgirl which allows for the top to slide as far down the penis or dong as feels comfortable.

Our final two spots are the U-Spot which is neighbor to our exterior C-spot right above the urethral opening and our O-Spot which is located opposite of G-Spot toward the back vaginal wall, right up against the anal walls.

  • 6 Ways To Hit The Spot Pt.1

Ask Bri! Got a question? Send it over and listen out for a response during the following episode!

Vulva owners! Did you know you’ve got 6 Pleasure Points located within your beautiful majestic pussies? Yeah I just said that. Well, let me introduce you to them and how to play your way to the most conscious & intense orgasms of your adult life.

In this two part series I'm breaking down the 6 Pleasure Points of all my Vulva owners out there. Part One I’m diving into just the C-spot, because there is so much that many of us don’t know about this beauty and it’s one of our most famous erogenous zones, so I want to take some time with it and help us all to become a little more “Clitorate”

Yes you have a vagina, if you have a Vulva, but the Vulva is the name for the external parts of female genitalia. The vagina is internal and it’s the tube connecting the vulva and the cervix.

Externally you’ve got, your Labia Majora, Labia Minora, Clitoral Hood, Glans Clitoris, Urethral Opening, Vulva Vestibule, opening of the Skene’s Gland(which secrete fluids that help with lubrication during intercourse and sexual arousal they are also may be the source of female ejaculation), Harts line, Vaginal Opening, Hymen, Perineum and Anus

The the Glans Clitoris aka our Clit and for this episodes purpose, our C-spot, is part of the Vulva. But the Clitoris Network, yes network, extends inward along and throughout the Vagina.

Above the Glans Clitoris is the Clitoral Hood which is formed by the two sides of the connecting Labia Minora. The clitoral body goes upward into your pelvis and is attached by ligaments to your pubic bone.  From the Clitoral Body the Clitoris splits to form the paired crura and the Vestibular bulbs; which the bulbs extend through and behind the labia, making their way pass the urethra, vaginal canal and then towards the anus. It literally looks like a ball sack.

Now onto the fun stuff! Stimulating the C-Spot -- which can happen in many ways. You can use fingers or your palm; using your palm to stimulate your clit while using your fingers to massage the vaginal opening is amazing or the face of your knuckles.

You can use toys; bullets, vibrating wands, clitoral suckers, dongs with multiple textures; silicone, glass, steal, ridged or smooth. They all give different sensations. And don’t forget to use Lube. Don’t be afraid of lube. Lube is our friend.

  • Be The Fluffer Of Your Life

Ask Bri! Got a question? Send it over and listen out for a response during the following episode!

    Welcome tootsiepops!

Y’all are tuning in to So Bri Says, and the first ever episode of this podcast.  I’m Bri I’m your host thank you so much for being here.

This episode is an intro to the vibe of this podcast, a little bit more about who I am and what this podcast is really for which is to aid in you becoming the fluffer of your own life.

If you’re not familiar with the term 'Fluffer' it’s someone on a pornographic film set that keeps the the male performers penises erect in between scenes.  Fluffers were hired, during larger group scenes where the ratio of penis to vagina was a lot higher so they needed fluffers there to keep them going between scenes.

I want you to metaphorically be the fluffer of your own life, to be the person that’s giving yourself boners and clit-boners, keeping you going and flowing throughout the week.

I really just want you to tune in to get some educational value, some entertainment some helpful tips and tricks, maybe learn some things that you didn’t know to spice up ya love life, ya sex life and ya personal life.

I want to encourage you to prioritize your pleasure, because that, is your birth right. Your sexual well-being is so important to your overall health. And I think people one hundred percent undervalued their sexual health. I think a huge part is our lack of education around human sexuality in general, so I want you to learn about yourselves learn about your body. There’s so much that you think majority of people would know, but definitely don’t.  We really need adult Sex Ed for sure and this is definitely gonna be a platform for that as well. And I’m gonna be here, giving you the goods, weekly to make sure your not slacking on your fluffer duties, think of me as your back up fluffer.

About me: I am in the process of becoming a certified love, sex and relationship coach which is another reason why I am starting this podcast because I want to be able to provide you with valuable and educational and inspirational and entertaining and relatable and helpful content while I’m going through it while I’m learning while I’m experiencing my own personal growth, because I think that’s super important. I am that friend and colleague and classmate and family member and  social media stranger or acquai
