North West, Matlosana Local Municipality Mayor, James Tsolela has resigned amidst allegations of corruption. The move comes after the provincial ANC leadership recommended his removal to Secretary-General Fikile Mbalula. Tsolela resigned after reportedly admitting guilt to malfeasance.
