This is the last episode of the “Church and the 21st century” podcast series.
Once again, we are going to talk about the importance of church and modern society. However, this time we will focus on missions and evangelism because this is something that the church should not lose, no matter what.
In the modern world, the devil often tries to take away our understanding of priorities and makes us think more about internal problems and about goals that are far from the goals of our Lord. But we must not allow this to happen in our lives.
The responsibility of a leader is to ignite a spark among the people, ministers, and church members.

Welcome to the third episode of our “Church and the 21st century” podcast series, where we talk about connecting people.
In today’s society, it’s not a bother for anybody to live far away from their relatives and parents because they know that they can continue relationships with them through the internet. The development of Technology has in fact changed a lot in our lives. One of the most fundamental changes happened in the way that people interact with each other. Relationships are built online more than through personal meetings.
However, we, as human beings, are created for relationships. We are created to love God and the people around us – that’s what actually makes us humans.

In the 12th episode of the leadership podcast we will continue discussing the topic of being contemporary.
Being contemporary is not wrong. It is right. It is an opportunity to understand others, their needs and thoughts, as well as create the connection needed to reach them. It is challenging to do that without contemporary methods of communication.
I believe that each believer has the Holy Spirit, but we must seek Him, and be bold in spreading the good news and in using our God-given creativity.

Our culture is changing rapidly. We, as a church, need to understand how to relate to this issue - what is acceptable for us and what is not.
In this 11th edition I share principles that we need to support in the contemporary church so that we do not miss the second coming of Jesus Christ. I also discuss strategies that will help us avoid the mistake of missing our youth.
It is important to understand modern criteria for the church and use them for God’s glory.
But how do we do this without alienating people or missing God’s will? We will consider this question in the 11th edition.

What do Gideon, Peter and John the Baptist have in common? They all had great confidence in what they were doing for the Lord. The calling which they moved in was not easy, and the path to it was often challenging and difficult. But they continued to follow it, because they relied on the grace of God.
In the ninth episode of the Matts-Ola Ishoel Leadership Podcast, we will look at these stories to learn about steadfastness and faithfulness in what God has called us to do.

1 John 4:19 tells us: "Let us love Him, because He first loved us." Love begins with God; He loved me before I loved Him. But even though we know that this is true, sometimes it is difficult for us to accept and receive the love that God has for us. And when we read the Bible, we see that several of the biblical heroes struggled with the same thing.
Why is it so important not only to give, but also to receive love? How can we abide I God’s love when we see so many weaknesses in our own lives? This are issues I will bring up in this new episode

Sometimes, we underestimate prayer. In the seventh episode of my podcast, I will talk about the importance and necessity of prayer in the lives of the Church and Christians. We can take a lot from the story of Moses and Joshua because prayer is what every leader and Christian needs in order to have healthy relationships with the Lord.

I dedicated the sixth edition of my podcast to the importance of diligence in our lives. Working in the church is good. But how to perform it so that we can get a plentiful fruit? How should we treat God's gifts? What does it mean to be diligent in understanding the Lord?
