Matt Braynard heads up the Voter Integrity Project. Matt built out a call center and dove into the data. Among their sources are commonly available postal address records, voter roles and phone numbers. 

The team looked for several things: Instances of people voting in 2 states, fictitious addresses used to register, Identifying when people didn't vote, yet were recorded as having voted -- people who voted with no record of a ballot received at the state. What did they find, you're about to find out
