Introducing Matt DePauw,  a former male collegiate volleyball player who has made the transition into a D1 NCAA Volleyball Coach. He is one of the most personable human we know and is so passionate about instilling a comfortable space for anyone that crosses his path. We dive deep into his experience of transitioning from a player to a coach, his coming out story, and how he mentally overcame being a gay male athlete and what he values most as a coach.  We also learn about the moments in his life of self discovery, as well as advice that he has for individuals that may be experiencing similar bumps in the road.
