"I find it hard to believe in an organisation that only exists through the funding of the other organisation. if the funding wasn't there from the PDC, there'd be no PDPA. So can they really rock the boat that much that finishes their organisation? Don't bite the hand that feeds you. And if they bite back too much to the PDC, do they go, well, we don't need PDPA."
