Matt is warm, fun, a self confessed foodie, and a father of two. Matt has

notched up an interesting list of careers, from a musician in the Australian

Navy to media and marketing for the Federal Government.

Matt's journey led to him following his passion for food, taking up a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, and started work as a head chef not long after.
