Right now, this very moment, is all we have control over. The gift of now means you can choose your feelings and emotions in this very moment. You get to be proactive or reactive. 

We cannot change past events nor can we control future events. Right now is all we have control over. How we feel, how we choose to move forward, how we react. 

Are you embracing the gift of now?

You are the cup! Are you filled with love and compassion or anger and hate? What spills out of you when things don't go your way? If you are filled with love and positivity, you will show love, compassion and kindness. Simple as that. 

The more love you have inside, the more love you will spill and attract around you.

We make a gazillion choices every day. What if you had the power of choice for each one? Most of the choices we make are on 'auto-pilot'. Meaning we don't even think about making them. While driving, in some situations, that's a good thing. Many are not able to make a choice and let others choose for them. Why? Why would you give away your power?

I LOVE the Law of Attraction! Honestly, I love all the laws of the Universe. They work the same for anyone and everyone. Some may know it at Karma. Same thing, different name. 

We reap what we sow. If we plant negativity, anger, frustration, etc, we get more. If we plant love, kindness, respect, etc, we get more there too. 

With the Law of Attraction/Karma, you will ALWAYS get what you focus on and put your energy (emotions/feelings) into.

Meditation is good for your whole being on so many levels. It quiets the mind, helps you to focus, connect with your higher self, and so much more.

Change is inevitable. There is no escaping it! Most people are afraid of change and will stay were they are. Even if they know a tiny change could yield great results, they are paralyzed by fear. 

'Who Moved my Cheese' by Spencer Johnson, M.D. made a huge difference for me. Make change your friend. 

Do you embrace change? Are you willing to embrace change if you know it will improve your life?

Most people think they are happy in their comfort zone. They make it 'work' and learn to maneuver within the perimeters. They avoid anything that would cause pain or make waves. All effort is put into not disturbing the comfort zone. 

Are you comfortable in your comfort zone? Are you happy in your comfort zone?

Dream big or don't bother! Not sure about you but it took me some time to dream again. As a kid it's easy. As we grow older, not so much. Sad but true. When was the last time you dreamed? I am not talking at night while sleeping...
