This week, Matt Larson takes us to Matthew 4:1-11 where we see Jesus being tempted by Satan. We see that God is a tester, a refiner and a sanctifier. His goal is not comfort, but true faith. Satan is a tempter and a deceiver, he (often) uses the same circumstances to tempt you to ruin and destruction.
