This episode of the podcast is a blog read that was inspired by an event that happened to me recently. A Triggering of my PTSD symptomology by something so objectively innocuous and my feelings surrounding the event.

This is a colloquial episode where I voice some of my viewpoints on interpersonal relationships and the importance of Boundaries.

This is a story that dates back to when I was a kid and my mother had newly been diagnosed with Cancer. I talk about a special wish I made on her behalf and hoped upon hope itself that it would come true. Did it? You'll have to tune in and find out!

I recently had to part ways with my psychologist. To say that this was a difficult undertaking would be the most minimalistic descriptor that I could think to use.
As always, I wrote down how I was feeling about it all and have thus turned it into an episode for you to check out. Perhaps you can relate.

I know, I know... a little early, but this isn't exactly a traditional holiday themed post; bear with me. Anyway, on this episode I must handout a warning: the contents of this episode are heavy and some may even say tough to listen to... so, please, don't force yourself to sit through if you find something triggering. Take care of you first!
A day late but better to be late that not at all; this is my remembrance episode. Yesterday was Remembrance Day, and that always comes with a unique set of feelings and emotions for me. This year felt a little more weighted than some in the past. Have a listen, perhaps you can relate.
