Kim Robak served as Lieutenant Governor of Nebraska from 1993 to 1999 as a member of the Democratic Party under Governor and former U.S. Senator Ben Nelson. She also served as Legal Counsel and Chief of Staff to Governor Nelson. Kim later held the role of Vice President for External Affairs and Corporate Secretary at the University of Nebraska, where she oversaw public and government relations, marketing, and information technology.
