The six nations is over, booo hooo or hooray if like us you're England supporters.

Quick caveat to this weeks pod - Ben and Doug were at Twickenham for the Grand Slam game and Russ was otherwise engaged other than watching Eng v Ire too so if you're a fan of Wales/France/Scotland or Italy we don't have too much to say this week as we didn't see the games. We do however talk at length about England's woes and where they go from here, what does EJ need to do in the summer and with the World Cup approaching fast what changes would we make?

The subject of the TMO may crop up as does an epic @rugbysaracens sponsored 'Saracens moan of the week' from Doug.

Full house this week as the Lensman is back and as you'd expect he's not happy with the latest goings on in the England camp. We dissect last weekends action and look forward to the final round, Ireland going for the Grand Slam, Italy attempt to take advantage of the Scots travelling woe and there's an interesting clash as France travel to Wales. As always there's some casual Partridge and some pretty honest AOB. Huge congratulations to Bath and Exeter for reaching the final of this seasons Anglo-Welsh cup.

Time for your weekly dose of West country Rugby chat. Plenty of talking points from the weekends action including Scotland out thinking and out working England. Ireland keep their Grand Slam hopes alive and Big Bad Bastra proves us all wrong. There's some dramatic finishes in the Premiership as Exeter return to the top of the table after their recent wobble.

Back to the Aviva Premiership this weekend as Saracens return to the top of the table following a pretty uneventful victory at the AJ Bell. Doug was at Newcastle and Saints this week who's catering department is still reeling from the news that there will be staff cuts following the announced departure of Kieran Brookes. We ask how long can Warren Gatland ignore Thomas Young and how long the Chiefs 'blip' will last. Some very random AOB for your ears too!

MaulOver are back for another review of the weekends Rugby action. Loads of talking points this week with the main event at Twickenham being the main focus. In AOB Phil is the absolute winner (if you want to hear some epic food related rants stick around until 58mins.

There's some natter around the French use of the HIA protocols. Ireland digging in and are England a better team without certain individuals??

Another full house (for a bit anyway) before Doug has to disappear for a bit, it's all revealed inside! Before he goes he tells us about not being able to get any chicken before the Scarlets game because of a certain buffet loving French team. We chew through the rest of the pools and look ahead to the Champions Cup quarter finals. Six Nations squads have been announced for the early rounds with a couple of surprises in the England camp, plus the news that Eddie has extended his contract for another 2 years

They chat about his latest injury (a truly incredible story) his time at London Welsh, how life has changed with the RAF and with the Inter Services due to kick off in the next couple of months they chat about the size of the Army V Navy at Twickenham and if the RAF get the credit they deserve.
