This week we're delighted to welcome Exeter Chiefs wing Matt Jess to the pod. We find out how the pro's have prepared for the new law changes, his views on the Barrington red card and his bet with Jack Nowell. As well as that there's the normal Prem rugby natter, some praise for the referees and Ben tells us about 5 yellow cards in the Newquay Hornets game on the first weekend of the new laws in club rugby!

The boys are on Skype this week with some questionable audio. We discuss the relegation battle, Jack Nowell's heroics in Exeter's historic win at the Rec. Richard Cockerill's departure from the tigers and possible replacements! The England EPS squad has been announced and Phil isn't happy with Nigel Owens. All crammed into 1 beautiful hour of rugby chat!

Its time for the 1st annual MaulOver awards. First we've got a review of 2016 game which the guys are very bad at! We review the weekends games pre/post Christmas. Bristol finally register a W and the Saints dispatch a rather woeful Sale. The guys discuss all the weekends events and attempt to stop Dougie doing some real self harm at the current plight of the Saints. Rants, bants and decent Rugby chat!! If you like that sort of thing! There's 'Footballisms' happening left right and Charlie and World Rugby seems intent on letting it happen. Pape(the French enforcer) diving, James Davies abusing the Ref, Hartelys red, Manu in the bin!! plus we find the time to talk about the Lions coaching set up!! Slow news week then.

Ben takes the reins this week in a duo with Dougie 'the voice of reason' Andrews. Between them they dissect England's latest performance and the latest stories and transfers of the week. Russ rocks up late with a new voice and proceeds to destroy any Welsh involvement in next years Lions as we take an alternative look at people that have played (or not) themselves down the pecking order.

This week the guys talk discipline, and more frustration at the TMO. Which team have had the best of the Autumn internationals, Jonny May trying to climb inside Mako and where do Wales go from here! As usual there's quiz and we get you right up to date with the Aviva Premiership.

Lets be honest, we could've quite easily used the same title as last week with the exception of the Scottish heartbreak! This week the team videoed the podcast on FB live on Big Hit Rugby. Ben visited HQ and was annoyed by a fan that wanted to run everything, from everywhere!! We plough through the rest of the Autumn internationals as well as the return of the Aviva Premiership and find out who is king of this weeks predictions.

This week the boys are back together in the same room. We've got some exciting partnership news as we team up with www.bighitrugby.com . The focus on last weeks Autumn internationals where England looked impressive without being too impressive, Wales improved to scrape past the Argies and Scotland have their hearts ripped out by the Aussies yet again. We introduce 'The Lions Den' where we talk about players that have done their cause no harm recently. You may notice it sounds a whole lot better too!!!
