Faith is more than knowing what Jesus did. Faith believes it is for you.

The hope is to bring the listener into the story of the Son of Man coming to serve us, quoting passages of John 13 Washing the disciples’ feet is a sign that we are cleansed by Jesus’ service to us (His coming, His passion, His death, His resurrection and going to the Father for us, and His Spirit through Word and sacrament).

Maundy Thursday helps us find ourselves, as a community served by Jesus. Here we find that we are to in turn serve others.
