En esta ocasión quiero incentivarlos a que comiencen a practicar esta hermosa disciplina como lo es la CALISTENIA, es una disciplina donde podrás dominar tu propio peso corporal y podrás comenzar a hacer ejercicios con tu propio peso. En este video te traigo los 3 ejercicios básicos con los que puedes comenzar a realizar calistenia, con estos ejercicios vas a realizar la fuerza necesaria para seguir avanzando. El primer ejercicio son las flexiones, como lo puedes ver en el video lo vas a realizar de la misma manera ya que así podrás ir tomando la fuerza necesaria para hacer las flexiones con el cuerpo completo extendido, el segundo ejercicio son los fondos, puedes realizarlo en un lugar de una altura promedio para que así puedas subir y bajar a rango completo, y por ultimo las astralian push up, debes extender completamente los codos al momento de bajar y al subir que tu pecho toque la barra. COMIENZA A FORTALECER TU ESPALDA CON ESTA RUTINA / MASA MUSCULAR-RESISTENCIA-FUERZA !!!🔥.

BEGIN TO STRENGTHEN YOUR BACK WITH THIS ROUTINE / MUSCLE MASS-RESISTANCE-STRENGTH

Un cordial saludo para toda la comunidad de HIVE y para toda la comunidad de SWC. En este gran video y en esta nueva oportunidad te traigo los ejercicios más efectivos para fortalecer tu espalda, son una serie de ejercicios bastante exigentes de los cuales te harán estallar completamente tu espalda y te ayudaran a hacer crecer, tonificar, ganar resistencia y muchísima fuerza de tu espalda, así que no puedes dejar pasar por alto esta gran rutina. Debemos tener en cuenta que antes de realizar esta rutina debes tener un estiramiento y calentamiento previo antes de comenzar la rutina, para que así evitemos lesiones o malos momentos en el entrenamiento, esta rutina esta basa en los siguientes ejercicios: PULL UPS (Dominadas), AUSTRALIAN PUSH (con agarre cerrado, con agarre al nivel de los hombros y con agarre abierto), AUSTRALIAN PUSH CON AGARRE SUPINO (con agarre abierto, con agarre a nivel de los hombros y con agarre cerrado). CHIN UPS (con agarre al nivel de los hombros) y por ultimo mantenemos 1 minuto totalmente estirado en la barra fija. De esta rutina vamos a realizar de 4 a 5 series por cada movimiento que contiene la rutina para que así comencemos a fortalecer completamente nuestra espalda. Esta rutina puedes realizarla 2 veces por semana ya que es una rutina bastante exigente para la espalda pero bastante efectiva a la hora de ver los resultados. Ten en cuenta que al momento de estar realizando la rutina debemos tomar un descanso por ejercicios de 40 segundos a 1 minuto, para que así tengamos mayor recuperación al momento de avanzar al siguiente movimiento. Si sientes que puedes hacer más repeticiones, hazla, ya que es con nuestro propio peso corporal y eso nos ayudara a generar muchísima más resistencia a la hora de hacer los ejercicios. Al final de la rutina culminamos con un estiramiento final para que así también vamos a fortalecer nuestros tendones y músculos. ASI QUE VAMOS CON TODO !!!🔥.

Un cordial saludo para toda la comunidad de HIVE y para toda esta hermosa comunidad de @fulldeportes. En esta gran oportunidad y en este video te traigo una rutina de cuerpo completo FULL BODY, que puedes realizar 2 días a la semana, esta rutina de full body te ayudara por completo a trabajar la gran parte de tu cuerpo, la mayoría de tus musculo como lo son: pecho, tríceps, bíceps, espalda, hombro, cuádriceps, glúteos y femorales y abdominales. Es una rutina bastante exigente para nuestro cuerpo ya que al trabajar todos los músculos seguidos y en una misma rutina suele ser agotador pero motivador ya que nos sentiremos increíblemente bien con nuestro cuerpo que vamos a querer seguir realizando las series, de esta rutina vamos a trabajar de 5 a 6 series por cada ejercicio que te estoy dejando acá. Debes tener en cuenta siempre, que nunca se te olvide los estiramientos y calentamientos previos antes de comenzar cualquier actividad física y más que todo está ya que esta trabajamos todo el cuerpo a la vez. Debemos entrar en calor para poder realizar esta gran rutina, vamos a hacer un calentamiento previo de 3 a 5 minutos. Para realizar esta rutina debemos tener en cuenta que al momento de realizar los ejercicios debemos hacerlo de manera correcta, tal cual te los estoy mostrando acá para que así hagamos correctamente el estímulos de los músculos. Con esta rutina de full body vamos a fortalecer totalmente nuestro cuerpo, vamos a ganar muchísima resistencia y vamos a generar masa muscular. Te recomiendo hacer esta rutina 2 veces por semana o si eres una persona con un nivel de entrenamiento avanzado puedes realizarla hasta 3 veces por semana ya que trabajamos todos los músculos en una misma rutina. Recuerda que al momento de finalizar la rutina debemos hacer estiramientos para evitarnos malos momentos y lesiones. ASI QUE VAMOS CON TODO !!!🔥.

RUTINA- SUPER SET DE EMPUJE/ ESTALLA TUS MÚSCULOS !!!🔥.

ROUTINE- SUPER THRUST SET/ BURST YOUR MUSCLES!!!🔥

Un cordial saludo para toda la comunidad de HIVE y para toda la comunidad de SWC. En este gran video y en esta gran oportunidad te traigo un SUPER SET DE EMPUJE, donde vamos a trabar tanto el musculo del pecho como los tríceps, vamos a estallar nuestros musculo con estos ejercicios. Antes que todo siempre debes tener en cuenta y recordar que antes de comenzar cualquier entrenamiento o cualquier actividad física debemos tener un calentamiento y estiramiento previo para que así evitemos lesiones y desgarres en nuestros músculos. Ya luego de estar en movimientos y activos comenzamos a realizar este gran set, se basa en: 20 flexiones a nivel de los hombros , 20 flexiones en diamantes y 20 flexiones abiertas, al finalizar descansamos 40 segundos y automáticamente avanzamos con el siguiente ejercicio que son, los fondos o también conocida como PARALELAS, vamos a realizar de este movimiento 30-35 fondos seguidos , ya al momento que realicemos este ejercicios vamos a estar fatigados pero con muchas ganas de seguir, al terminar las paralelas avanzaremos luego de 40 segundos de descansos a realizar fondos, este ejercicio debes tener en cuenta que al momento de subir estirar totalmente los codos y presionar nuestro tríceps para que así haga mayor el estímulo y nos haga el efecto correctamente , haremos 30 fondos, luego de terminar los fondos descansamos 40 segundos y rápidamente avanzamos a realizar flexiones inclinadas , de este ejercicio vamos a realizar 30 flexiones , y con este ejercicio culminamos nuestro SET. Vamos a realizar este set de 5 a 6 series, para que así estallemos totalmente nuestros musculo. Ten siempre en cuenta que al momento de finalizar un entrenamiento debes terminar con estiramientos para que así evitemos fatiga luego de culminar, ASI QUE VAMOS CON TODO !!!🔥.

HAZ ESTA RUTINA DE PIERNA SIN EQUIPO / ESTALLA TUS PIERNAS !!!🔥.

DO THIS LEG ROUTINE WITHOUT EQUIPMENT / BLOW UP YOUR LEGS!!!🔥

Un cordial saludo para toda la comunidad de HIVE y para toda la comunidad de SWC. En esta gran oportunidad y en este nuevo video te traigo un RUTINA DE PIERNAS (SIN EQUIPO), esta rutina podemos realizarla en cualquier lugar y en cualquier momento de tu tiempo libre ya que es una rutina básica pero bastante exigente a la hora de realizarla, ya que consta de una serie de ejercicios bastante efectivos y fuertes como lo son: sentadilla libre, Slonp (zancada), sentadilla cerrada y sentadilla rápida. Estos ejercicios puedes que lo veas sencillos pero te recomiendo totalmente que lo realices para que así notes la diferencia como te los estoy mostrando en este video. En la sentadilla libre vamos a realizar de 15 a 20 repeticiones, ya que este movimiento nos ayudara a fortalecer, ganar resistencia y masa muscular en nuestras piernas. En las zancadas vamos a realizar de 12 a 15 por cada pierna para ganar resistencia en ambas piernas. En la sentadilla saltando vamos a realizar de 20 a 25 repeticiones por series. En la sentadilla cerrada vamos a realizar de 15 a 20 repeticiones igualmente por serie, y por ultimo sentadilla rápida, vamos a realizar de 20 a 25 repeticiones por serie. De esta gran rutina podemos realizar de 4 a 5 series por cada ejercicio. Esta rutina te ayudara a fortalecer totalmente tus piernas, te ayudara a ganar esa masa muscular que deseas y te ayudara a ganar la resistencia que tanto quieres en tus piernas. Lo mejor de esta rutina es que puedes realizarla en cualquier lugar y en cualquier momento y sin equipo, ya que es con nuestro propio peso corporal y lo único que necesitamos son muchísimas ganas de realizarla. Esta rutina ya que es con nuestro propio peso corporal podemos realizarla hasta 3 veces por semana, ya que mientras más la realicemos de manera correcta más efectivo serán los ejercicios y más rápido veremos los resultados, ASI QUE VAMOS CON TODO !!!🔥.

En este gran video y en esta nueva oportunidad te traigo un video increíble, un video que puede cambiar tu estilo de vida, y mejorar completamente tus ámbitos. En este video te traigo una rutina de cómo comenzar a realizar completamente calistenia, para que comiences a dominar tu propio peso corporal y controles totalmente tu cuerpo, esta rutina te ayudará a ganar resistencia, fortalecer los músculos de tu cuerpo y te ayudará a comenzar a generar masa muscular, si eres una persona que no sabe cómo comenzar en el deporte de la calistenia, esta rutina y este video es el perfecto para que comiences a realizarlo. Esta rutina se basa en 5 ejercicios basados totalmente en todo tu cuerpo, Espalda, bíceps, tríceps, hombro, pecho y piernas, con esta rutina vas a comenzar a fortalecer todo tu cuerpo. Ten en cuenta que si eres una persona que aún no controla su peso corporal, una persona que está por comenzar en el mundo de la calistenia, debes tener un estiramiento y calentamiento siempre antes de cualquier actividad y entrenamiento. Esta rutina se basa en: Astralian PUSH (Espalda) - Fondos (tríceps - hombro) Flexiones (Pecho) - Chin Ups (espalda y bíceps) - Sentadillas (Piernas), con esta rutina trabajaremos totalmente todo nuestro cuerpo. Un cordial saludo para toda la comunidad de HIVE y para toda la comunidad de SWC. En esta gran oportunidad y en este gran video te traigo los mejores ejercicios de CALISTENIA (tu propio peso corporal) de ESPALDA. Estos ejercicios que te estoy dejando en este video son los que te ayudarán a agrandar tu espalda como tanto lo deseas. Debes tener en cuenta que para realizar cualquier ejercicio, realizar cualquier tipo de actividad física debemos tener un estiramiento y calentamiento previo, para que así evitemos cualquier tipo de lesión y desgarres en nuestro cuerpo. Estos ejercicios son para ganar masa muscular, resistencia muscular y tonificación de tu espalda, con todos estos ejercicios trabajamos totalmente nuestra espalda, para trabajar estos ejercicios debemos tener un control de nuestro peso corporal para que así lo realicemos de manera correcta y efectiva. Si eres una persona que está comenzando a realizar y trabajar estos ejercicios puedes realizarlo? Si por supuesto, pero con menos repeticiones para que así vayamos cada día controlando nuestro peso y agregando más repeticiones. Podemos realizar estos ejercicios como rutina, tal cual te los estoy dejando acá, el día de entrenamiento de espalda hagamos esta rutina de manera efectiva y correcta. Para personas que están comenzando, podemos realizar 5 repeticiones de cada ejercicio que te estoy mostrando acá. Para personas de nivel intermedio vamos a realizar 8 repeticiones por cada ejercicio, y para personas de nivel avanzado vamos a realizar de 12 repeticiones en adelante de cada ejercicio que te estoy dejando acá. Realizaremos 4 o 5 series por cada ejercicio, para que así tengamos la espalda como tanto la queremos, VAMOS CON TODO !!!🔥.

Un cordial saludo para toda la comunidad de HIVE y para toda esta hermosa comunidad de @fulldeportes. En esta nueva oportunidad y en este nuevo video te traigo una rutina completa de empuje PECHO y TRÍCEPS, nos va ayudar mucho a trabajar nuestro pecho y tríceps muy bien. Y que nos ayudará a mejorar la fuerza y resistencia de empuje. Para que estalles por completos esos músculos, es una rutina bastante completa y efectiva ya que los ejercicios que te estoy dejando acá son los más efectivos a la hora de ver resultados, ya que cada ejercicio que te estoy dejando en este video trabaja en conjunto los músculos del pecho y del tríceps, así que para comenzar a ver resultados en estos músculos debes realizar esta rutina. Esta rutina está basada en una serie de 6 ejercicios de los cuales son: Flexiones en diamantes, flexiones a nivel de los hombros y flexiones abiertas, al momento de realizar las flexiones estamos trabajando el pecho y tríceps en conjunto ya que este movimiento nos pone a trabajar los dos músculos al mismo tiempo. Luego son las extensiones de tríceps en suelo, este ejercicio trabaja nuestro músculo del tríceps, es un ejercicio bastante exigente y efectivo a la hora de realizarlo. Luego están los Fondos , debemos tener en cuenta que al momento de realizar este movimiento debemos hacerlo a una altura promedio para que cuando estemos realizando la bajada no peguemos nuestro glúteo con el suelo, y así realizarlo de manera cómoda y segura. Y por último realizamos las paralelas, este ejercicio debemos tener en cuenta que al momento de realizarlo debemos estirar completamente los codos al momento de subir para que así trabajemos correctamente y efectivamente los músculos en conjunto. Recuerda siempre que debes hacer un calentamiento y estiramiento previo para poder comenzar de manera segura y correcta la rutina. Estos ejercicios y esta rutina que te estoy dejando acá te ayudará y fortalecer y ganar masa muscular en estos dos músculos como lo son PECHO y TRÍCEPS, ya que esta rutina de empuje es bastante completa si quieres ganar masa muscular de esta manera, ASÍ QUE VAMOS CON TODO!!!!!!🔥.

RUTINA DE CARDIO EN CUALQUIER LUGAR | 20 MINUTOS QUEMA GRASA - TONIFICAR!!!🔥.

CARDIO WORKOUT ANYWHERE | 20 MINUTES BURNS FAT - TONIFY!!!🔥

Un cordial saludo para toda la comunidad de HIVE y para toda esta hermosa comunidad de @fulldeportes. En esta nueva gran oportunidad y en este gran video te traigo una rutina súper efectiva de cardio, es una rutina que puedes realizar en cualquier lugar, y momento de tu día para que así vayas tonificando tu cuerpo de manera correcta y rápida. Esta rutina consiste en una serie de ejercicios para comenzar a tonificar completamente tu cuerpo y sobre todo quemar grasa y definir tus abdominales como tanto lo deseas. Te traigo una rutina con los ejercicios y sus progresiones ya que si eres una persona que esta comenzado puedes comenzar realizando las progresiones de estos efectivos ejercicios. Cada ejercicio debes tener en cuenta que debe tener una duración de 35 – 40 segundos para que así la tonificación y la quema de grasa sea más rápida y efectiva. Duración de ejercicios de 35 a 40 segundos, al avanzar al siguiente ejercicio tendremos un descanso de 30 segundos para comenzar el segundo ejercicio de esta gran rutina de cardio. Esta secuencia la vamos a realizar 5 series para que tengamos una duración de 20 a 25 minutos, con 20 a 25 minutos diarios es más que suficiente para comenzar a quemar grasa y tonificar tu cuerpo. Al realizar una rutina de cardio debes tener en cuenta que como todas las rutinas debes realizar un estiramiento y calentamiento previo para evitar cualquier tipo de lesiones y desgarres, ya que si realizamos la rutina de cardio sin estirar ni calentar lo más probable nos podemos desgarrar y lesionar ya que estaremos en constante movimiento por 25 minutos , así que nunca olvides tener un calentamiento previo antes de comenzar. Esta rutina puedes realizarla en cualquier lugar y cualquier momento, ya que lo único que necesitas es el suelo y todas tus ganas para comenzar a quemar grasa , ASI QUE VAMOS CON TODO!!!🔥.

Un cordial saludo para toda la comunidad de HIVE y para toda esta hermosa comunidad de @fulldeportes. En este nuevo video y esta nueva oportunidad te traigo un calentamiento ideal para que puedas realizar antes de comenzar a hacer ejercicio o cualquier actividad física. Primero que todo quiero que tengas en cuenta el porque es tan importante hacer un calentamiento antes de cualquier actividad física, porque es importante? Un calentamiento previo a un entrenamiento, afloja las articulaciones y aumenta el flujo de sangre a los músculos, estirar los músculos los preparara para la actividad física que están a punto de realizar y previene lesiones. Debemos siempre tener en cuenta que al momento que estemos por realizar ejercicios , siempre debemos tener un buen calentamiento y estiramiento previo al entrenamiento para que así tengamos mejor rendimiento y sobre todo evitar lesiones , desgarros , esguinces entre otras muchas cosa… ¿ Que sucede realmente si no hacemos un calentamiento antes de nuestra actividad física? ROTURA FIBRILIAR O MUSCULAR. Debemos evitar este tipo de lesiones ya que si nos llegara a suceder perderemos el rendimiento en el entrenamiento y estaremos inactivos por semanas y eso es lo que no queremos, así que siempre ten en cuenta calentar y estirar todos tus músculos antes de tu entrenamiento. Como debes realizar tu calentamiento antes de tu actividad física? Intenta realizar estiramientos dinámicos, donde tienes que tener en cuenta que tienes que adoptar una posición de estiramiento , hacer un poco de presión donde estés estirando el musculo y mantener la posición durante 2-3 segundos y volver a la posición inicial , podemos repetir de 5 a 10 veces, para que así estiremos todo nuestro cuerpo de manera correcta y efectiva y tengamos mayor movilidad y equilibrio al momento de realizar nuestro entrenamiento, así que siempre recuerda calentar completamente tu cuerpo antes de un entrenamiento.
