Welcome to the very first episode of MAVERICK MIND: the podcast!!

My greatest intention with this channel is to inspire you to cultivate the courage to unapologetically own your vision, and realize that life of freedom on your terms... and to share and embrace the nuance and individual experiences of people on that path too.

I'm excited to kick this series off with a very special conversation with Artist, Vedic Astrologer, and retreat host Alex Coma. We dsicuss:

- Alex's path from studying photography to becoming a painter.

- Pigeon-holing yourself as a creative: is is better to find a niche or just to allow your creativity to channel through in any way?

- The difference between Western astrology and Vedic Astrology.

- Using your astrological chart to unlock your unique creative path.

- The Ego and the soul, and how they come into play on the creative or entrepreneurial path.

This was such a soulful conversation and, as someone who's tip-toed around the edges of astrology and always taken it with a big pinch of salt, it left me really inspired by the power of it.
