Nick has been selling real estate for 18 years but in the past 4 years alone, his team’s sales jumped from 40 homes a year to over 400! Make sure you reread that! He spent 14 years struggling to break 40 homes and then his business TOOK OFF! He will talk about what change occurred and how he was able to grow so rapidly after what he learned! Nick formally starred in a hit TV series “Waterfront House Hunting” on FYI. He shot 14 episodes all over the country to help clients find and buy their waterfront dreams! Even after an offer to do two more seasons, in the end, TV wasn’t Nick’s true passion and he turned down the offer. He returned with a renewed passion and dove back into his real estate team. By hiring talented people and giving them the runway to succeed, Nick's team has been awarded countless accolades and awards but he's most proud of the impact they are having in the community with regards to Johns Hopkins Children's Hospital and The Ronald McDonald House of Baltimore! When he isn’t working, Nick loved to travel and was an adventure nut! He’s surfed the east coast of Australia, went sky diving and bungee jumping in New Zealand, spent a week scuba diving in Fiji, Climbed to the top of the highest mountain in Africa, hiked Machu Picchu... But all that pails to compare to the joy he now finds at home raising his two sons. Nick credits his family motivation and adventurous spirit on why he pushes himself so much in the business arena.
