Maverick Training

Okay, sports enthusiasts, let's talk eyeballs. Not the kind that roll at bad jokes (though I might inspire a few of those), but the squishy miracles of evolution in your skull. Specifically, how they flatten like a pancake when you zero in on a target, and what that means for your athletic performance. Spoiler alert: it’s pretty significant.

Most people treat Brain Endurance Training (BET) like an afterthought, something you tack on when there’s "extra time" after the real training is done. That’s like saying, “I’ll train my reaction speed after I finish binge-watching this series.”

Here’s the problem: Your brain and body don’t operate in silos. They adapt together.

Soma is revolutionizing the intersection of cognitive endurance and physical performance. Through an extensive body of research spanning multiple domains, Soma has been instrumental in uncovering the profound effects of Brain Endurance Training (BET) and cognitive priming on athletic and mental resilience

Picture this: Two athletes, equally gifted, step into competition. One has been physically trained to the brink of human potential. The other? The same… but also trained to handle stress, execute under pressure, and recover mentally at warp speed. Who wins? Every. Single. Time.

Let’s get one thing straight: If you think an IndyCar driver and a Formula 1 driver train the same way, you’re about as wrong as someone bringing a knife to a gunfight… at an arm-wrestling competition.

Let’s talk about something that gets people riled up faster than a last-second buzzer-beater: the performance differences between men and women in sports. It’s a conversation that’s been happening for, oh, I don’t know, forever. Some people tiptoe around it like they’re walking on a field of Lego bricks. Others charge in with hot takes that could power a small country. But today, we’re going to talk about it like rational, intelligent people who can appreciate the beautiful complexity of human biology and athleticism. Sound good? Cool.
