Social media has become one of, if not the number one source companies use when they are searching for talent in Action Sports. Not only do they consume social media, but they are watching how enthusiasts and athletes alike present themselves when they are not in the spotlight. This can be challenging for many individuals, and you may feel that posting pictures or videos may not be your true authentic self. 

Max Gerston is a great example we can all follow after. With his authentic self, and pushing for progression, Max does well to make sure his sponsors know he is grateful on and off the podium. Social media has consumed our lives. So when you have the opportunity like Max does to create awesome videos of racing, training, and having a good time with fellow racers, it's not a surprise to see his social media account doing so well.

Though Max is doing well, finding himself on the podium and creating a great following, he still believes he can do more. Recently he has teamed up with a few companies taking on new careers to increase his knowledge and push himself even further. This is why we love taking with Off-Road people, they are always wanting to be better each and every day. The more they work on themselves, the better they become, and more opportunities manifest to them.
