Working out the new weekly pod format, this is our "Social Media Week in Review!" The good, the bad, the ugly, from the deep pits of the interwebs. Its a dangerous job but someone has to do it. Sharing with you things we find that need to be brought to light for the purpose of learning of course. This episode is packed with "Dont do this at the gym", A standing Tripod Clip of "Could this be better" which also led Tyler & Jeph to a new standard, and finally a video on Carbine to Pistol transitions to "Go to Work". Great episode. Little longer than planned but we will work on it. Enjoy!

Tyler comes out of left field with pics and descriptive critiques to share about the past two days of training the instructor staff went through as a sustainment event. Not only a great time for learning and trying out new techniques but a great time to grab photos that will allow us to critique and fix mistakes, use for classes, what not to do, etc. Lots of talk regarding the Principles of Supported Positions and where they should have been applied for each shooter. Valuable episode for all who seek to improve through the lessons of others.

This special episode brings Vinessa (@v.on.target) and Miranda (@mirandakadam) on to the show to talk all things WOMEN in a male dominated sport, Precision Rifle Shooting. Miranda had made a comment about wanting to hear from Vinessa on her thoughts and opinions, getting a womans perspective. So what better than to get them both and just talk. How not to be a creeper dude around a single female at training or a match. There are some great tips, advice, and real situations discussed here. we also Talk dogs, rifles, 80's shows. And of course clothing, rifle fitment, and so much more! Thanks for listening.

Two episodes in one week! and its not even a special occasion. Tyler hits Jeph with a "How skilled and prepared are you?" Power grid goes down. No power in the near future. Can you survive? Would your neighbors? Are you a target? Huntin. Fishin. Navingatin. Food Procurement. Survival. Interesting answers. Then the crew follows up with some awesome footage of the Hogsaddle tripod mounted rifle clamp versus an ARCA direct mount. The results are as we preach but now you can see it for yourself.

KP Robinson in the house! A student of our and now the lead instructor for 88 Tactical out of Nebraska for both civilian and LE Sniper courses. From before our class, to after, KP has alot to say. His opinions are aligned very close to ours and heres a secret, this was all off the cuff! No outline. No preplan. He had no idea what the episode would be about or what we would even ask him. Such a great time. Good people. From training, to instructors, to vetting the people you rely on for information. We're bringing the house!

The statement "Vette the instructors" if said often by so many people with the message of make sure youre training with someone who is legitimate. The question is, how do you filter through all the bullshit. Sure, experienced shooters, possibly, kind of sort of know who may be good and who should retire and pretend they never attempted to be somebody they arent. But new shooters, they dont know. They have no clue. Google searches pull up 40,000+ search results and typically if youre a business or an instructor who sank all his money into a website and marketing, you will win a majority of students over. They wont know until years down the road of how good or how bad you actually were. So the saga continues, how do we really vette people we are seeking training from? Do they need cool scope camera videos hitting a man size target at an unspecified distance to woo you? Its a very murky world and were trying to shine some light into the mud. Tyler and Jeph breakout a few videos as examples of what you may run into as well a a homework assignment to a non-affiliated non-firearms professional or even firearms owner who did her research, and came back with even more questions. Crazy. Such a great show. Thank you all for the support! Enjoy!
