  Rob George currently acts as the Executive Pastor at Christian Life Center in Layton, Utah.  He has been a part of the CLC staff for over 9 years in youth ministry and serving in other leadership positions for the church.  He also holds a Bachelors Degree in church ministries from Southwestern Assemblies of God University.  From 1999-2005, Rob served in the Unites States Air Force and deployed as a part of Operation Iraqi Freedom.  He currently lives in Layton, Utah with his wife Ashley and their sons, Cameron and DJ.

Randy S. Dean, Sr.

Bio

As a native of California Randy was born and raised in Los Angeles. At the age of 19, he received his calling to serve God as a minister of the gospel. In 1984, he served his country in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged after six years receiving various awards for his service including the Air Force Commendation medal.  In 1992 at the Center of Praise Ministries in Sacramento, California he began serving as an Associate Pastor and would eventually become the Assistant Pastor under the leadership of Bishop Parnell M. Lovelace, Jr.  In 1994, Pastor Dean received his International License and Ordination through the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel. In 1997, he went on to pioneer and pastor Hope Center Ministries in Elk Grove, California.  In 2002, after moving to Tampa, Florida he began Pastoring Hope Center International Ministries.  He currently serves as the Executive Assistant to Bishop Milton Herring, I with Advancing the Kingdom of God Ministries (ATKOG) and as an Associate Pastor at Living Word Christian Church under Bishop Milton and Pastor Cinda Herring based in Torrance, California.

In 2011 Randy wrote and published the thought provoking book, “He Restores My Soul” that has begun challenging and encouraging Pastoral leadership and the Christian community as a whole to address the issues of pornography and sexual addiction. It continues to draw strong reviews and stimulating dialog that is encouraging and challenging transparency and healing for Christian leadership as well as the faith community and families alike.

Pastor Randy has been noted as being a speaker that utilizes in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the word of God to impart relevant messages that is underscored with humor and “real talk” to reach people of all cultures and age groups.  His ability to conceptualize church development and spiritual growth dynamics has served to benefit everyone who sits under his teachings.   

He is the parent of two adult children, Steven and Ashli Dean and one granddaughter Avi. He currently flies and studies as a pilot pursuing his commercial license while attending Utah Valley University in pursuit of a Bachelors’ degree in Aviation Science.

Telly Lockette (pronounced Lock-it) was named the Beavers’ running backs coach Dec. 31, 2014, after spending the previous two years in the same capacity at South Florida.

While at USF Lockette coached running back Marlon Mack to American Athletic Conference Freshman of the Year honors after rushing for 1,014 yards; the first USF Bull to reach the 1,000-yard plateau since 2005. He also coached second team all-conference running back Marcus Shaw in 2013.

Lockette has extensive experience as a high school coach in the state of Florida. From 2008 to 2012 he was the head coach at Miami’s Central High School, compiling a record of 60-10 and leading the Rockets to three consecutive 6A state title games, winning the 2010 and ’12 championships. His 2012 team finished the year as the top-ranked squad in the nation and the ’10 team ended No. 2. For three seasons Central did not lose to any team from powerful Dade or Broward County, a first in Florida high school football history. During his tenure over 70 players received college football scholarship offers, including current Florida State leading rusher Dalvin Cook and two-time Conference USA Offensive Player of the Year and Manning Award finalist Rakeem Cato of Marshall.

He accumulated numerous awards during his prep coaching career, including the Nike Sportsmanship Award, and the Nike, Miami Herald and Miami Dolphins’ Coach of the Year honors. He was an assistant coach at the Semper Fidelis All-America bowl twice and an assistant coach for the USA National Football Team.

Prior to taking the head coaching job at Central, Lockette served on his alma mater Northwestern High School in Miami for four seasons. He held the role of offensive coordinator and running backs coach for three seasons after spending one year as running backs coach. Lockette led an explosive offense that averaged 42 points per game, the most in state history at the time, helping Northwestern to the 2006 state championship.

As of 2014, Lockette had numerous players that he coached in the NFL, including Devonte Freeman (Atlanta), Kevin Pamphile (Tampa Bay), Lavonte Davis (Tampa Bay), Sean Spence (Pittsburgh) and Kenbrell Thompkins (Oakland).

Lockette was a star running back at Northwestern and went on to become a two-time Division I-AA All-American linebacker at Idaho State, where he was associated with then Bengals defensive line coach Gary Andersen. He was inducted into the Idaho State Athletics Hall of Fame in 2013. Lockette is a 1998 graduate of Idaho State with a bachelor’s degree in education.

Rev. Dr. Myke Crowder was born and raised in Joplin, Missouri. He pastored two churches in Southern Missouri before becoming the pastor of Christian Life Center in Layton, Utah in June of 1986.

During his pastorate he has seen the church grow from 60 people to nearly 2,000 adherents, move to a 40 acre campus and build a new 40,000 square foot, 1,450 seat 8 million dollar family life center. Twenty years ago Pastor Crowder felt led to begin a Christian school as an outreach to the community. He established Layton Christian Academy which currently has 600 students and is fully accredited preschool through 12th grade participating in the Utah High School Activities Association. The school is represented by 70+ different churches from every religious background. It has definitely been the outreach to the community that Pastor Crowder prayed it would be.

God has done tremendous things at Christian Life Center which is located 18 miles north of downtown Salt Lake City in the very heart of Mormon Country. God has granted Pastor Crowder and the church great influence in local and state politics and has been instrumental in seeing change in the spiritual climate across the state.

In addition to having served the Assemblies of God in various leadership capacities he has for many years served as a board member of the National Ministry Cabinet for Paul and Rob Schenck ministries and is currently an executive officer of the National Clergy Council.  

Pastor Crowder has a master’s degree in Biblical Literature from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary and an honorary Doctor of Divinity from the Methodist Episcopal Church with full academic privileges.  

Pastor Crowder is married to Marsha and they have 5 children and 5 grandchildren.
