This week, Mark leads the call. It starts as an open discussion that turns into a great topic: who is responsible if a project goes south? If your client or the studio you're working with drops the ball, why does it fall on the artist? Why are we asked to work late, weekends, holidays, etc? Shouldn't that be on the client to hire more people or to take responsibility for not managing the project appropriately?
