Fayetteville State University (FSU) has recently renamed six residence halls and a library wing after its seven founders. This move honors the legacy of these individuals who established the institution in 1867. The residence halls are being renamed in recognition of their pivotal role in creating a space for education for Black children, according to HBCU Legacy Fashion.
