In this brief episode, we review The Feather Report (Volume 2, Issue 37) as Westlawn enters the final stretch of the school year following the three-day holiday weekend. We share the exciting news that universal free breakfast and lunch will return for all students in the 2026-2027 school year, and remind families to still submit their free and reduced-price meal applications to help maintain Title I funding and unlock camp discounts.

Looking ahead, the calendar is packed with end-of-year celebrations, including the spring musical JOUST! and the deadline to return all library materials on June 3. We also cover upcoming Field Days on June 10 and 12, kindergarten and 6th-grade promotion ceremonies, and the last day of school on June 17. Additionally, we highlight the upcoming Summer Book Club for 2nd and 3rd graders featuring The World According to Humphrey.
