All of these episodes were supposed to be 10 minute conversations, that quickly turned into 25 minute conversations and I'm now wishing they were each an hour. Especially this one! 

Once again we dive into what success means to people of all ages and professions. This episode features Evan Sands, an ER doc in Los Angeles. Evan has a very fresh perspective on success within his career that I think a lot of people in the medical profession could benefit from hearing. In this episode we touch on: 


  • his love for the ocean & why
  • what he currently feels the most success in 
  • the open-ness within his family and how it has cultivated a successful family dynamic
  • the importance of communicating authentically and without judgment with those closest to you
