HI I'M BACK FROM THE DEAD. Bringing this form of therapy back for myself and may it help you in any way, shape, or form. (SKIP TO THE LAST 5 MINUTES FOR A LITTLE GROUNDING MEDITATION.)
Let's finish off this reflection & remember what 2022 brought into my life & how we can evolve in 2023 because of it :)
Recap of those top 10 moments right here!
1. THE RELATIONSHIPS I WAS ABLE TO STRENGTHEN and ALL the experiences I was able to HAVE WITH MY FRIENDS. TRIPS TO SEE THEM. TRIPS WITH THEM. SUNDAY HANGS. MARKETS. RUNNING. WORKOUT CLASSES. OPENING UP IN MY DARKEST MOMENTS.
2. Seeing THE GROWTH that all the kiddos I have had the privilege of taken care of. They are truly my chosen family and I will never not see them that way.
3. Seeing MULTIPLE friends with their kiddos. It's really quite magical.
4. 10 year reunion helping me further heal all the stuff I had with high school me.
5. Being in Mexico 4X this year! A total of like 5 weeks. Thank goodness for my green card.
6. SUPER ALIGNED WEDDING CLIENTS and private events in general fun fun fun all around.
7. MIAMI- I was pretty much in a flow state and bliss here. Which made the coming home extremely hard.
"It is okay to want more in your life. It is okay to want to live a lavish life and recognize that you are outgrowing the comfort that you've known."
8. RAN A HALF MARATHON. YOUR BODY IS SUPPORTING YOU DAY IN AND DAY OUT. YOU BETTER CUT THE BULLSHIT OF THINKING ABOUT ONLY WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE.
9. Riding a rollercoaster. HOLY MOLY. FEARS ARE IN OUR HEADS & THEY MUST BE CONQUERED.
10. Co-Directing A Chorus Line and seeing these students get back on stage. This was the first musical back and I am just so proud of my co director and I because we did the job of like 5 people between the administrative stuff, the costumes, directing, choreographing, and vocal directing between the two of us. Overcoming challenge after challenge.
BONUS MEDITATION AT THE END BC YOU MADE IT THROUGH THESE BANANAS TIMING EPISODES. :)
