A start-up called Remspace just cracked open a new dimension: successful two-way communication through dreams. People, in their sleep, exchanging a message as if they were sitting in the same room. Yet. Their bodies miles apart.

It's time to decolonize start-ups.

Just as colonial powers disregarded the wisdom and traditions of the indigenous peoples. The startup world’s obsession with terms like ‘Founder Mode’ dismisses the holy diverse and authentic ways founders approach entrepreneurship.

It creates a new ‘doctrine’ of success that privileges certain narratives while ‘cancelling’ others. Perpetuating a cycle of exclusion and homogenization.

How sad.

Graveyards of failures.

Playgrounds of laughters.
