In the 90’s the island of Puerto Rico was terrorized by a four foot tall reptilian creature with red eyes, sharp spikes, large teeth and claws. This creature was said to be killing and draining the blood of the locals live stock. Soon the media got wind of this terrifying story and it became national news. Tabloid’s, news reports and talk shows were flooded with eye witness accounts and even some claims of people catching the creature. To this day the El Chupacabra is still one of the most popular cryptids and subject of many horror movies, books and investigations.
