In this memo, we're talking IDENTITY!

We talk about discipline a lot. Why don’t we apply that same principle to our thoughts? This memo encourages us to take captive every thought that doesn't align with God's thoughts.

You are an ambassador of Christ! Are the words you speak reflective of the Christ you are representing? Are the words coming out of your mouth reflective of the Spirit that lives inside of you?

This memo encourages us all to filter the words we speak.

“I’m ambitious but I’m lazy…”. People might not use those exact words but I think that sentence sums up how a lot of us are. We want to achieve so much, but what have we done about it?

“Lazy people want much but get little, but those who work hard will prosper.” ~ Proverbs‬ ‭13‬:‭4‬

One thing that stops a lot of us from moving forward is our tendency to dwell on our past mistakes or failures. In this memo, as the title might have given away, I am urging you to LET IT GO! It’s hard to move forward when your head is still turned to the back.

"I did nothing to deserve this"- a familiar phrase for many. Ever received a gift and had that uncomfortable feeling in your stomach? Perhaps you felt like the other person would be expecting something in return, or maybe you didn't feel worthy of the gift? Mindsets like these can affect how we perceive what God did for us in salvation. No strings attached? Sounds too good to be true, right?

Another week, another memo! In this episode, I challenge you to evaluate and possibly change the images you carry in your heart. What you see is a huge factor in determining what direction you head in. We have the mind of Christ, so why aren't we using it?

What will they say? What do they think? A lot of us have been disabled by the fear of human opinion. Not anymore! I pray this week's memo blesses you.
