Peter Cody, Partner at PwC, provides guidance on best practice cashflow management in a residential construction business to help them manage the financial impact of COVID-19. Peter covers a range of topics to help out Master Builder members during this time, such as suspected cashflow cycles in a construction organisation, the guiding principles when it comes to cashflow in this pressure and crisis-based setting, and the tools available to construction businesses.

Peter also provided a Construction cashflow forecast template which Master Builders members can download and use to help them do regular forecasting more easily and effectively.

This was first delivered as a webinar for Master Builder members. Members participating in the webinar were able to submit their questions to have them answered during the session.
