This week we look at the beginning of Nachum chapter 3. We discuss the historical context of the destruction of the Assyrian empire, but then consider the lessons that were meant to be learnt from these events, both in the context of the southern Kingdom of Judah and how we can understand it for present age.

In this discussion we look at the events of the 17th of Tammuz and what our approach and understanding of these events should be on our present day situation. What can we learn from these events? There are no notes with this discussion.
