Dr. Andrew was born in Baghdad and migrated out of Iraq with his family when was still an infant. His journey took him across the world… to finally arriving in Australia in 2003. He went on to become a Family Physician and now practices in Sydney. He is also an Author, having recently published 2 books!

In 2006 Father Douglas was kidnapped by an Islamist group. He was tortured and released nine days later. He suffered multiple injuries including two broken vertebrae from his spinal cord and his face and knees were smashed using a hammer. An Ak-47 bullet still remains in his leg. He calls himself ''the Lucky Guy.'' Father Douglas never see himself as a victim or a hero. His concern is for the people that remain displaced and his mission is to help all the Christians in Northern Iraq. 

Sam is an internationally awarded professional Photographer who specialises in Weddings & Portraits.
