Here is our third episode with Dr Gabriel Altit, Neonatologist at the Montreal's Children Hospital hosted by Jad (second year dental student) & Maya (second year medical student).
Dr Altit is a neonatologist working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of the Montreal Children’s Hospital. He is also involved in research in neonatal cardiology and echocardiography. He completed his medical school at McGill and his residency at University of Montreal, with additional research training from Stanford University. Here is our third episode with Dr. Joanne from School of Population and Global Health at McGill University hosted by Jad (second year dental student) & Maya (second year medical student).
Dr. Liu is a pediatric emergency medicine physician. She has been involved with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) since 1996 and was listed amongst Time magazine’s 100 most influential people in 2015. We discussed her career path including her mandate as international president of MSF and the place the organization has during the COVID-19 pandemic. We also discussed the migrant crisis and highlighted the importance of women in medicine.
