He also has knowledge and experience working with Not for Profit entities from the application phase to federal and state tax filings. Mike has worked with business clients in the startup phase, implementing business plans and accounting systems, as well as during transition periods such as sales or succession. Mike has extensive experience working with the IRS and MA DOR on filing past tax returns, collection notices, and payment plans.
