Pastors are in the people business—called to tend those God's has placed under our care. But sometimes understanding people (and even our own selves!) is challenging, especially when it comes to issues of mental health. In this four-part series we talk with Psychotherapist Kristy Bennett-Dahms about the terms and concepts that pastors should know to help them better understand human psychology and care for God's people.

 

In Part 4, Kristy discusses some treatments for mental healing: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
