Hey Galaxy Defenders! The girls are back and live! Stephanie and Sam rocked a live show on Stationhead for the Memory Lane compilation album. They chatted with an audience about their favorite demos, reminisced about McFly's 2012 American "tour", and even shared tips on how to pay for a ride if you're hitchhiking.
Oh, and a heads-up – this show is totally uncensored. So, expect Stephanie’s sailor mouth in full swing, no chicken noises to bleep her out!
Thanks for listening!
The final episode of 2023 and the last one to celebrate our three year anniversary! How does one choose between some of the sexiest songs McFly have made to date? Sam and Steph try to figure that out as they tackle their top 5 from Above the Noise.

A podcast all about McFly, McWho is hosted by best friends who've grown tired of other Americans asking who they mean when they mention their favorite band. They've always been alone with their love--until now! Following the evolution of McFly's music throughout the years, one hit single at a time, this podcast is by fans, for fans.

In this episode, Sam and Steph come clean about the mysterious hiatus of McWho. We discuss the meaning of the lyrics of this song; does this man cheat on his girlfriend or is he a perfectly nice boy? A lot of bad karaoke and giggling ensues (but when doesn’t it in these episodes) to find out the answer. Steph gushes about the best video McFly ever made and Sam doesn’t know the letters of the alphabet. Who else wants to give Dougie a hug?

We're joined in this episode by McFly virgin Hayli Cox to discuss the ups and downs of ATN's second single, Shine a Light. How does this song, arguably one of their most popular singles to date, hold up over the years? Stephanie gets reminiscent about tour, Sam is worried about the overlap between fan and stalkers, and Hayli has questions about the person in a dog suit. Can we make sense of this strange strobe-light music video? Can you?

Hey, Galaxy Defenders! In honor of McWho being three, Steph and Sam are dropping a batch of entirely new episodes breaking down Above the Noise!! We're kicking it off with that controversial classic, Party Girl, and you should be warned: This conversation gets FILTHY. Featuring a guest appearance by Lucy re: the fandom's dislike of this song, deeply *intellectual* conversations about the trappings of fame, and a LOT of sex talk, there's something in this episode for you whether you love or hate this single. NOW LET'S PARTY.

Splash! We're back!
This time we have a special anniversary episode celebrating TWO YEARS of the McWho podcast. In honor of how far we've come, we decided to revisit (and rerecord) our first episode, Five Colors in Her Hair. And if you think you've heard all we have to say on that, think again: Though we return to some of our favorite topics (hellooooo Tom's eyebrows!!) and repeat some old jokes (seriously, why is Danny wearing two short-sleeved shirts?), we've also got a lot of new insight on never-before-asked questions: Like, is it even possible to be happy without McFly? Does anyone actually miss low-rise jeans? Would you rather have a giant (15ft) Dougie in your life or a tiny (6in) Dougie and why?
Thanks for two years of listening and laughter, Galaxy Defenders. We can't wait to see you again soon with Above the Noise.
This week we're joined by McFly fan Sara Wiley for what is perhaps our hardest mission yet--ranking our top five R:A songs! How do you choose when they're all nearly perfect? There are ~battles~ to be had: It's Do Ya vs POV, R:A vs MitO, and Dougie vs Daniel Radcliffe and through it all, only one thing is for certain: The gloves are off and we're not pulling any punches! We hope you've updated your MySpace recently, because this episode will make you want to jump through the roof and trash hotel rooms.

We're all about our feelings this week as we dive into Falling in Love, the fourth and final single off R:A. McFly's worst-charting single to date, Falling in Love nonetheless has a special place in our hearts... Join us as we reminisce on youth, missed connections, and the euphoria of being in a crowd of people. Who among us hasn't cried a little while listening to this song?

Do Ya or Do Ya not love a new single? And this week you get two for the price of one: we consider the merits of Do Ya and Stay with Me, released together as the third single from Radio:Active. We discuss the various pros and cons of lyrics (repeat stuff!) versus long wordless instrumentals, make a lot of dead people jokes, and come to the startling conclusion that all McFly fans might just be a horde of zombies. But we don't mind--who wouldn't want to open McFly for Christmas, you know?

We're joined this week by McFly virgin Davis Dunavin for an epic conversation about R:A's second single, Lies. In the midst of all this dishonesty, we seek to uncover great truths, such as: the possibility of John Hurt being involved in this video, the real reason the apocalypse came about, and the likelihood of the makers of Mad Max: Fury Road being huge McFly fans. Are we living in a fantasy? You tell us!
