I am a somatic therapist & counsellor. I believe we all have an inner wisdom/inner voice/soul etc that is our whole perfect selves. This inner wisdom knows what is best for us in all areas of our life. It is connected to the universe and All-That-Is etc but gets blocked/covered up by all the traumas/patterns/issues that happen to us, to our ancestors, or collectively, that we have not been able to process properly. It was too much to cope with at the time of the original issue so it got stored in our body for later. These unresolved energies will keep appearing in our lives for healing by the issues we have recurring in our life or via health issues etc. We may not have had the tools or necessary support to integrate it. With my work, I sit with clients and act as a catalyst for their inner changes, when they are shedding the outgrown limitations & energies from their past histories & digesting these for clearer access to their inner wisdom.

This week I share how an issue in my life that indicates to me I am making a quantum leap to a higher vibration or allowing more of my inner wisdom to shine through…we can visualise what is occurring in numerous ways. The deeper I journey into myself and allow my inner light to shine instead of being covered and blocked the better the catalyst and safe witness I can be for my clients…win-win.
